Towed my EV to the dealership yesterday and it was amazing service from start to finish. I think my driver was Steve, driving the Navy truck, and he showed me some things about my vehicle that will definitely help me going forward if I’m ever in another jam. It was an awesome experience and if I ever need a tow again I know who I will ask for!!
Extremely frustrated when my car wouldn’t crank in a stall at Sonic’s. Gave these guys a call and was told it would be a bit because they were currently at a crash. What I thought would be hours was MINUTES! Cal showed up with so much life and good vibes, I couldn’t even be mad anymore! He was very quick and efficient! Just all around GREAT! Price was nice and my car was home in no time! Definitely Veteran’s Towing for the WINN!
Im a Desert storm Veteran. My SUV overheated, needed it towed back to my house. They are efficient, customer service immaculate, they even gave me some information on what the issue may be. I used Veterans towing because I had gotten into an accident and the car was inoperable. They got to me very fast. The young man was very polite and professional. They made the whole situation a lot less stressful. Would definitely be using again and will be recommending to everyone!
My brakes went out and USAA utilized Veterans Towing and Transportation! Due to my issue being reported after 5:30 pm, I expected my car to get towed the next day. My car was picked up within two hours. If I’m not mistaken, the agent who showed up was Tristan. He was professional, efficient, and very careful with my Lincoln MKZ. Due to the quick drop off of I was able to get my car back the next day. We are a house of Veterans and we thank you Veterans!
Amazing company that supports our Veterans and look out for the customer. My driver today showed up earlier than expected and went above and beyond reaching out to the Subaru mechanic and taking me to a reputable body shop. I couldn't have done it without his wisdom and willingness to help an out-of-town veteran. Thank you guys for your kindness. Additionally, the price was fair eventhough they knew my vehicle needed towing, they did not price-gauge me. Thank u again for your integrity. May God give u all more.
In March of last year I was in a really dangerous situation and needed to leave where I was, but had locked my keys in my car on accident. Not only were you guys the only tow company that responded, as soon as the driver called me I told him what was going on and that I wasn’t safe. He offered to call 911 and meet the police there (I didn’t want to call the police in fear that the situation would escalate) so he stayed on the phone with me until he got to my vehicle and then allowed me to sit in his truck out of the rain until he got my car unlocked. I still think about him often, and honestly he went well out of his way. You don’t see that too much these days. You guys definitely have the quality and customer service down very well. I can’t remember the drivers name, but I hope you’ll show this to him, and tell him I said thank you again. I think if it weren’t for him I’m not sure if I would have made it home to my kids that night.
Early morning breakdown on the way to work and Veterans Towing was there for us. They came sooner than expected and were knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. Car was safely put on the truck and taken off safely at the garage. Handled with care and we were treated with kindness and respect. Would definitely recommend them. I will use them again and we are proud to support a Veteran owned business.
I didnt get any Service from this company, they wasted my time. They accepted a ticket to come out, gave a eta, etc. 2 hrs later, my Roadside Assistance (RA) said Veterans called them and said they had a truck break down. I called Veterans and Veterans said we can't come out tonight but we can be there between 7-7:30 tomorrow morning. Call your RA back and ask them to resend ticket, I did and RA did. This morning I had texts from a different Tow Company and I received a call at 7:30 from 2nd company asking me to confirm a pick up ticket with a them I told 2nd company to wait and let me call Veterans. I called Veterans and no one answered -- this is a 24 hr towing company. I waited and called Veterans a 2nd time 15 minutes later and phone just rang and rang. If you don't want the work then don't accept the tickets, stop wasting people's time when they need to get to someone that is willing and able to help.After the horrible day yesterday, I pick my car up from the tire place and within 5 miles it runs hot so I call road side service again. Veterans was not the first provider Allstate pulled up but they were the quickest. If I had had this services yesterday I would be singing their praises like everyone else.Today is 7-29-24 and I needed a tow due to a flat tire on my truck. Allstate sent request out and Veterans towing picked it up, gave me an ETA that was only 1 to 1 1/2 hrs out, great. The pickup address was wrong on the request I submitted and I didn't see how to update it so I just called Veterans. They answered promptly, said they could update pick up location and asked if there was anything else I said no and settled in to wait for the Tow Driver. Tow Driver called and he was an hour early, I was so glad to get out of the heat. Veterans was amazing today!
I filed for towing with progress. He arrived faster than quoted, was very personable and gave me an accurate idea of what was going on with my car. He said don't quote him on his guess but he was right

I had the opportunity to use Veterans Towing today as my car was stuck across town. I needed the car to be brought to my home so I could diagnose and repair the issue. I called to request a quote, and the price seemed fair, so I booked the pick for today. I was told there were two scheduled ahead of me. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after I called, I received a call from the driver advising that he was on his way to get my car and less than an hour later he was at my house with the vehicle. Very please with the service and the driver was outstanding. Will definitely use again in the future if the need arises

Great Service! Very attentive to details and care for my Range Rover. Tow truck transportation up to date and very nice. Tristen was very helpful and accommodating. I would 💯% use this company again.

Arrived on time which was a big plus. We like the fact that this company took pixs of our vehicle before towing it because our car was damaged (bumper) while at the repair shop, and Veterans Towing saved us alot of money due to having those pixs as proof to show the car repair company that wasn't nothing wrong with the body!!!!!!!! Would recommend!!!!!

Called on a rainy Sunday night. Someone was there in 20 minutes. Charged $90 to tow my car from Grovetown to Ford on Washington Rd. Received paper and text receipts. Great experience.
